Oh Santa Baby

She’ll be 11 days old tomorrow. I wonder what photo will be going out with their Christmas cards this year?

I love the spiky hair! And could her little baby feet be any cuter?

And I think this tutu photo is just so fitting too. With the headband and the lacy bloomers underneath you can’t get more girly-girl. I love it!

And finally, the new family. You couldn’t ask for a better Christmas present. Happy Holidays!

This was really one of the easiest sessions I’ve done. We were worried for a brief minute that we scheduled a beach session with a kid who had suddenly developed a huge sand phobia. His parents kept saying that he has always loved the beach, but when we first got there he didn’t want to have anything to do with it. Typical, right? But he came around.

And after that it was all smooth sailing. Just a small snag in an otherwise perfect day. Maybe the stars aligned or something, but I couldn’t have asked for a more cooperative baby!

As soon as we took him to a surface other than sand, he was unstoppable! Like I said, watch out girls!

Waiting for baby

I think we got rained out twice, but finally we lucked out with a perfect weather day. Marlyn called me at one point trying to schedule a mid-week date to have her husband take a vacation day so we could get this done. She told me she didn’t think the baby wanted to stay in much longer so we had to hurry! Well, I say she looks great for being so close to her due date!
